Bring the family and enjoy a fun filled evening every Tuesday throughout the summer at the Atascadero Lake Park, located 2 miles west on Highway 41. Every Tuesday evening throughout the summer you can enjoy a delicious BBQ complete with all the trimmings. Atascadero Kayak & Sail is open throughout the summer offering Pedal Boats, Bicycles and Fishing Equipment available for rent. It’s an opportunity to enjoy good food, and a FREE band concert featuring the Atascadero Community Band, while helping to support Heilmann Dog Park. Parks-4-Pups is again co-hosting this fun event with our friends at Heilmann Dog Park thanks to our new sponsor, Lemos Feed and Pet Supply. This year’s event will see the return of the always zany and unpredictable Wiener Dog Races, the thrilling Frisbee disc dogs, the hilarious pet costume contest, Elk BBQ, and a vast assortment of raffle prizes and giveaways courtesy of our generous sponsors and vendors.
